Firstly, cost is a BIG issue for us all whether in business or in pleasure. So we here at MAC services aim to beat or match the prices currently being paid by you, the purchaser. Whilst still offering the same high quality lamps and saving above all MONEY, TIME AND ENERGY COST.

We do not believe in following suit of other larger companies today and issuing large, beefy, highly complex catalogues that make ordering an absolute nightmare and result in incorrect lamps being ordered then ending up as unusable dead stock lying in the back of storage cupboards.

We feel that all companies should have a personalised price list tailored to their individual business, making it easy for all staff members to confidently place orders without having to sift through all the technical jargon, hence eliminating the possibility of mistakes.

We will also store all your information of previous orders on our systems & help you the customer manage stock. No more accidental over ordering on certain items, we will monitor what you use more or less of, then finalise before confirming orders.

We also appreciate that there are many businesses out there today that find it difficult coping with minimum orders on individual items when they may not have such a big need for them. So we offer a PICK & MIX system, although there will still be a minimum order of fifteen lamps, this system will allow for a wider variety of different lights when ordering. (Specialised lamps will not be included in the pick and mix option; minimum orders will be in place depending on product type)

Finally we believe above all, personal one to one support is a major factor that is being missed out by some of the larger lighting suppliers. In the near future the government plans to make some major changes to what kind of lighting we will be able to use. There is no escape; this will affect us all with regards to cost and light quality. We realise that with today’s busy schedules, people just don’t have the time to search through endless boring information that companies may offer on their websites. So we will come direct to you with all the essential information and advice to help prepare you for the rocky road that lies ahead.
